We hosted a mental health event at Cypress High School alongside Bring Change 2 Mind and Toni Stroud, who brought her therapy dog, Lava. Hundreds of students stopped by to meet Lava and spin our prize wheel. In all, we reached nearly 2,500 students, creating a meaningful moment of care and community.

We put together 100 thoughtful mental health care packages for CHOC, each filled with comforting goodies like pop kits, crayons, origami sets, handmade cards, and squishes to bring a little joy to young patients. We hope each package added a moment of brightness to their day.

We visited the Boys & Girls Club to talk with nearly 100 students about the ways they can care for their well-being. The kids got to express themselves by drawing how they felt, making origami, and creating bracelets, turning the conversation into a fun, creative, and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

About Us

About Us

Beginning in 2020, starting with one person, Janya Jagan, this organization eventually became a group of teenagers striving to bring awareness about mental health.

We hope to help the youth who are going through mental health-related disorders, disabilities, or conditions. We plan to further advance the understanding and get rid of the stigmatization of mental health.
